Service Description

Snappin is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that provides strategy, ideation, content creation, scheduling, and analytics services. Our Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

You agree NOT to use our Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

• • Creating content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• • Spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communications
• • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• • Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• • Using automated tools to abuse our API or credit systems
• • Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
• • Reselling or redistributing our Service without written permission

Payment and Billing

• • All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• • Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• • You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges related to your use
• • Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension of Service access
• • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Intellectual Property

Snappin is the intellectual property of Zephyra AI Solutions LLP. All content, features, and functionality of Snappin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by Zephyra AI Solutions LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and improve our AI models based on aggregated usage patterns.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India and laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Snappin.
